Never underestimate the power of a few positive words. If you know there is a race happening near where you live, make up a sign and/or cheer for EVERYONE who goes by. We need it more than you could ever know. Even the walker, the lady with the stroller, the guy who’s leading the race… everyone deserves to hear a cheer.
